My name is Hanno Huisjes
Your personal intermediary for realising any kind of office accommodation in the Netherlands. I assist you in finding the right location for your office. I compose a clear program of requirements and find the right interior architect to translate this POR in a fabulous design. Once the plans are ready I will make sure they will be realised within time and budget.
ABOUT
Having worked for ICT and architectural firms, I started offering my services under the Plan-H company name in 2005. Since then, working from Amsterdam, I have helped many national and international clients into their new Dutch working environment successfully.
I coordinate the design, construction and fit-out of high quality office space and it's technical infrastructure. I can be your personal intermediary in the Dutch environment: independent, flexibel, trustworthy and experienced.
Through a vast network of suppliers, contractors and specialists in every field, we can arrange the right building team for your project.
SERVICES
Preconstruction Planning
I can assist you with finding fitting accommodation, compiling a program of requirements, organising architectural and technical drawings, be your representative for landlord and municipality, generating a cost estimate and time schedule and I can coordinate the tendering process.
Construction Management
The formation of a construction team, maintenance of a tight site supervision and guarding the progress and quality of the building process and fit-out, will be in good hands with Plan-H. The end result will be a high quality new working environment delivered on time and within budget.
With extensive ICT consultancy experience and having coordinated various data center projects, I can also assist you in realising your ICT infrastructure, new equipment room or data center.
